Brian M. Hoye is a member of our Corporate and Finance Transactions practice group, specializing in securities and M&A. Mr. Hoye has extensive experience representing public and private companies, investment banks, entrepreneurs and institutional investors. Mr. Hoye represents underwriters and issuers regularly and consults with companies on legal, business and strategic matters ranging from joint ventures and strategic alliances to stock option plans. Mr. Hoye was formerly an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southwestern Law School where he taught courses on Federal securities law.
