Elliot B. Gipson has represented clients in a variety of entertainment, intellectual property ("IP") and transactional matters. Mr. Gipson has represented an international company as it sold its trade secrets, maintained an international trademark portfolio in over 30 jurisdictions, drafted international software licensing agreements, negotiated numerous motion picture, television and new media rights agreements, counseled entertainment, IP and media companies and executives regarding sensitive employment, termination and severance agreements, and counseled copyright owners regarding their rights, interests and liabilities in print, new media, television, and motion pictures. Mr. Gipson currently represents a software company prosecuting copyright, theft of trade secrets, and numerous other IP infringement claims against certain international software makers and computer manufacturers. 

Mr. Gipson has been interviewed by and featured in legal new stories on CNN International, BBC World News, Financial Times and Wired, among others. While attending Columbia Law School, Mr. Gipson served as an Articles Editor on the Columbia Business Law Review, and was twice named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Mr. Gipson is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
