matters, including their ongoing relations
with actors, agents, crews, directors,
exhibitors, distributors, producers and
writers. Mr. Gross negotiates and drafts
contracts, arranges production services and
deals with the disputes involved in bringing
productions in on‑time and under budget.
Mr. Gross also structures film financing
packages with banks and other lenders and
advises producers on copyright and trademark
issues.
