Norman D. Sloan
practices real property, partnership and
corporate law, representing individuals and
companies active in the real estate
industry, ranging from sole proprietorships
to public companies. Mr. Sloan's real
property practice encompasses the
acquisition, financing, operation and
disposition of all types of real property
throughout the United States. Mr. Sloan has
represented numerous foreign investors from
Europe and the Far East in regard to their
U.S. real property activities as well as
U.S. and European banks and lending
institutions in their U.S. real property
lending transactions.
Mr. Sloan has had extensive experience in the reorganization of financially distressed real estate companies and properties. In addition to his real property practice, Mr. Sloan has represented corporations and partnerships in the acquisition, operation and disposition of privately held companies engaged in a broad spectrum of service, manufacturing and distribution activities.
