Robert E. (“Reg”) Gipson represents a variety of privately owned businesses and high net worth families. His background includes business, corporate finance, real estate and tax matters. Reg counsels regularly with people who are starting businesses, need expansion financing to grow an already successful business, or are buying or selling businesses. Reg also works with businesses undergoing ownership, management or other organizational transitions.
Reg founded the Los Angeles Venture Association, a not for profit venture forum. He is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Claremont University Consortium, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Clio Foundation. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of First California Financial Group, Inc., a publicly traded bank holding company.
Reg has taught at the law school at the University of Southern California and continues to lead seminars on business, capital allocation and wealth management related topics on a regular basis.
