Phil Holland focuses on entertainment financing transactions, with an emphasis on motion picture transactions. He has extensive experience in the area of film production financing with banks and other lenders, film library acquisitions and financings, and drafting agreements relating to domestic and international film production financing transactions.
Prior to joining Gipson Hoffman & Pancione, Mr. Holland was an entertainment paralegal in the Century City office of Loeb & Loeb LLP. He also worked for three years as a contracts administrator at International Film Guarantors, a leading motion picture completion bond company.
