Rita Silverman has over 20 years experience as a paralegal, concentrated in the areas of business and finance. Ms. Silverman has a broad range of experience and in depth knowledge of corporate and business law transactions, having worked with Gipson Hoffman & Pancione’s Corporate and Finance Transactions service group for the past 19 years. Ms. Silverman also works in the firm's Media and Intellectual Property practice and acts as the firm's trademark administrator. Ms. Silverman helps to prosecute dozens of trademark registrations annually and aids in managing international trademark portfolios containing hundreds of marks in over 30 jurisdictions.
