Gipson Hoffman & Pancione Litigators Secure Appellate Victory in Real Estate Matter

Gipson Hoffman & Pancione’s Litigation Group provided some holiday cheer to its clients in the form of an appellate victory in litigation over a real estate transaction.  In Andrews v. Alesso, the California Court of Appeal for the Second District affirmed a trial court’s ruling from 2016 to the effect that the firm’s clients had not withheld material facts about the home they sold to the Plaintiffs in 2014.  Allen Michel handled the appeal, following Jason Wallach’s trial victory.
