Gipson Hoffman & Pancione’s Litigation Group provided some holiday cheer to its clients in the form of an appellate victory in litigation over a real estate transaction.  In Andrews v. Alesso, the California Court of Appeal for the Second District affirmed a trial court’s ruling from 2016 to the effect that the firm’s clients had not withheld material facts about the home they sold to the Plaintiffs in 2014.
