Phil Holland works in the firm’s Entertainment Finance service group, concentrating on entertainment-related transactions, including single motion picture production financing, equity investments, film library acquisitions and financings, and working capital revolving credit facilities. He recently completed work on a $500,000,000.00 credit facility for a prominent entertainment industry production company.
Mr. Holland has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal working with domestic and international banks, financiers, equity investors, borrowers, and completion guarantors in various lending and financing transactions. Prior to joining Gipson Hoffman & Pancione, Mr. Holland was an entertainment paralegal in the Century City office of Loeb & Loeb LLP, and prior to that, worked as a contracts administrator for a motion picture completion guarantor.
