Kenneth D. Crews to Keynote Harvard Copyright Conference

Attorney Kenneth Crews will be the keynote speaker at a major conference on copyright law and fair use, hosted by Harvard University in Cambridge, MA on March 1, 2018.  This year marks the 40th anniversary of the effective date of the first fair use statute, and Dr. Crews’s presentation will include reflections on recent judicial developments and the role of fair use in American and international law.
