Hanna Sherman is a civil litigator and corporate adviser who specializes in cybersecurity and data privacy law.  Prior to joining Gipson Hoffman & Pancione, Hanna served as vice president and head of bid management for a leading international financial and risk advisory firm, where she provided full-spectrum cybersecurity services from the firm’s Los Angeles and London offices to clients across all industry verticals, including Fortune 500, education, government and government defense, and high-net-worth individuals.

Hanna received her B.A. (cum laude) in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University and her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she completed her Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Concentration and served as president-elect of the Intellectual Property & Cybersecurity Law Society.  Previously, Hanna clerked with the Cyber Crime Division of the LA County District Attorney’s Office, supporting cases related to digital fraud, cyber solicitation, and child pornography.  Hanna has also assisted the Los Angeles County Bar Association with pro bono translation support for asylum applications for LGBTQIA+ individuals in Russia.  

In her free time, Hanna enjoys ’80s cult classic films, attending concerts, video games, and spending time with her beloved dog Lola.
