Gipson Hoffman & Pancione represented the founders and co-sellers of entertainment company Dark Horse Media LLC in its recent sale to Embracer Group AB.
The GHP team advising Dark Horse was led by Robert Steinberg and Brian Hoye.
The completed transaction was announced on March 14, 2022.
Dark Horse is headquartered in Milwaukie, Oregon, and has entertainment offices in Los Angeles, California.
