Gipson Hoffman & Pancione represented King Nutronics in its recent sale to Raptor Scientific.
King Nutronics is a leading manufacturer of highly accurate and durable instruments for the measurement and calibration of pressure, temperature, torque and force. King Nutronics sells its products to some of the most sophisticated applied science customers in the world in the defense, aerospace, space and industrial markets.
The GHP team advising King Nutronics was led by Brian Hoye and Brian Heitzer.
The completed transaction was announced on March 7, 2023.
