Kenneth I. Sidle argues a complex case before the U.S. Court of Appeals

Attorney Kenneth I. Sidle recently argued before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, in Compass Bank v. Morris Cerullo World Evangelism, a complex case involving large loans, a letter of credit, and a gold mine.  Mr. Sidle has maintained an extensive appellate practice for many years, arguing diverse cases locally and across the country, including winning a unanimous ruling in a landmark copyright case in the U.S. Supreme Court.  In the latest case, Gipson Hoffman & Pancione represents Morris Cerullo World Evangelism.  For a video of the oral argument, click here.
