Brian M. Hoye


Brian M. Hoye is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions practice group, specializing in M&A and securities transactions.  Mr. Hoye has extensive experience representing public and private companies, investment banks, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors.  Mr. Hoye has represented underwriters and issuers, and consults with companies on legal, business, and strategic matters ranging from private equity investments, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to stock option plans and Rule 144 compliance.  

Mr. Hoye was formerly an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southwestern Law School, where he taught courses on Federal securities law.
